Faucet - I'm obsessed with this faucet! It was a bit of a splurge but it is very much the center of the kitchen area, so I think it was worth the investment. It is the Satin Bronze finish - weird name since it is not bronze at all!

Counter Stools - Such a great find from Target - affordable, sturdy, and the perfect stain finish.

Island Lighting - Another splurge for the space, but after hours and hours of looking I kept coming back to these lights. They are so unique - not quite industrial, not quite farmhouse, sort of in between a bunch of styles...a lot like the rest of the house.

Kitchen Scones - Compact, brass and perfect for down lights! We use them as much as the island lights.

Dining Lighting - Clean and slightly understated, this chandelier has soft shades with a clear acrylic and brass frame.

Dining Table - The finish on this table is just the right amount of distressed, a little warm, but not too much. And the extension is a great feature!

Upholstered Chairs - Ok so these looked beige in the original listing but are actually a light grey. So as long as you like that look, these are super comfortable and the covers are washable. They are going to last forever.

Spindle Back Chairs - Amazingly, I found these on the Target site for a totally reasonable price and they are the perfect wood tone...which is hard to find!

Rug - I absolutely adore vintage Turkish rugs and I am unable to link the exact rug, but I do have some wonderful alternatives saved HERE

Curtains / Rods / Rings / Hooks  - We used the same curtains and rods throughout the home for consistency. The main floor is all French Linen curtains and they were a bit of a splurge but in my opinion totally worth it because they are so prominent in the space.
